The Humans - Matt Haig [Mini Review]

Matt Haig’s fiction is a curious pleasure to read. He knows how to write real characters with real personalities.

Much like with “The Midnight Library” though, the story is predictable. This one in particular reads like a children’s fable, only it’s about 200 pages too long. At the 10/15% mark you essentially know the moral of the story and are waiting for a twist that never arrives.
